A lot of churches (for example, the 30 different churches I attended over the last few years), say that they believe in salvation by grace alone, by faith alone, and by Christ alone, and that they are against the Lordship Salvation False Gospel–but then they turn right around and say that a person saved by faith ~must~ produce good works in order to “remain” saved.

So, then we are right back to salvation by works.

It is God’s will that saved believers, meaning believers in Christ as Savior, ~live~ by grace and faith in our daily lives, that we live by our holy identity in Christ, that we follow the guidance of the indwelling Holy Spirit, that we live in loving obedience to our Heavenly Father who loves us, that we live by His Word, that we live in peace, and that we produce good works; but if saved believers do not do any of these things, even if they produce nothing, they are still permanently and irrevocably saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone: John 6:47.

This is because salvation is a FREE GIFT that does NOT rely on good works of any kind, either before or after believing in Jesus as Savior.
