Believing in Jesus and Believing the Gospel are the Same Thing. Anyone Who Believes in Jesus or the Gospel Has Eternal Life Forever and Irrevocably. Anyone Who Believes in Jesus or the Gospel Has Eternal Security. Eternal Life Is the Unavoidable RESULT of Believing in Jesus or Believing in the Gospel.

If a person believes the Gospel, they automatically believe in Christ, because the Gospel found in 1st Corinthians 15:1-4 says that Christ is the one who died for our sins, was buried, and rose again according to the Scriptures.

Jesus said that anyone who believes in Him has everlasting life, so everlasting life is an unavoidable result of believing in Jesus.

So it is absolutely nonsensical to say if you believe the Gospel that you’re not eternally saved, not born again, don’t have everlasting life.

Believing the Gospel involves believing in Jesus, and the unavoidable result of believing in Jesus, according to Jesus, is that you are eternally saved.
