How to Get Saved Right Now.(A Short Soul-Saving Evangelistic Presentation), by C.S.

I would like to tell you about the most important thing I know. Would you like to hear it? It’s kind of a canned presentation, but it hits all the points. We can talk about it after if you want. It will only take a couple of minutes.

It’s a spiritual thing. It has to do with God. It has to do with your ultimate destiny. Maybe you’ve heard this question before: “If you were to die right now do you know for sure that you would go to Heaven?”

Even if you don’t believe in Heaven or Hell, I don’t want to debate, I just want to tell you what the Bible says about how to be saved and how to go to Heaven. Let me just tell you what the Bible says about it, okay, that way, at least you will know.

God the Creator created the Moral Law. We all have broken the Moral Law. The Bible says that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. (Show Romans 3:23 in your Bible.)

Hell is the place where people go to be punished eternally for their sins, as you probably have heard, right? Plus, in Hell, people no longer can enjoy anything, because everything we enjoy comes from God.

The Bible asks a question in the Book of Acts. Here, let me show you the verse. (Show Acts 16:30.)  The question is, “What  must I do to be saved?” And the answer given by the apostle Paul is “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved.”

So, we’ve all sinned. You agree that you’ve sinned, that you’ve done wrong things, right? (Lying, cheating, stealing, lusting, etc.)

Well the Good News is, Jesus is God and man. He shed His blood and died for our sins on the cross, He was buried, and He rose again on the third day—that’s the resurrection.

Would you believe on Jesus right now to be forgiven of all your sins and saved eternally and forever?

Jesus said in John 6:47, “Most assuredly, I say to you, he [or she] who believes in Me *has*everlasting life.” Let me show you.

Jesus died on the cross for our sins, He was buried, and He rose again, and because of that anyone can know that he or she is eternally saved, just by believing that. That is in 1st Corinthians 15:1-4. (Show all the verses.)

Would you believe right now in that Gospel of Jesus so you can be saved?

Salvation is a free gift, it’s not by doing good works. None of our good works are pure enough to get us into Heaven. In a moment, right now, all of your sins, past present, and future, will be forgiven forever if you believe in Him.

You don’t have to do a single thing for it, but believe in Jesus.

Will you believe this Gospel right now?

Great, now you can enjoy communion with God. You will be able to sense His presence and His peace. You will be able to pray to Him.

As of now, you are saved forever and you will go to Heaven, no matter what you do. That is God’s saving love for you personally. God will begin leading and guiding you into a good life.

You can come to our fellowship if you want.

So, thank you. I will keep in touch. Here’s a card with my website which has an online Bible on it. (Or give them a New Testament or Gospel of John.) Can I pray with you briefly?
