The Gift of Well-Written Material

Writers conceive, draft, write, rewrite, and revise what they publish. This takes about one hour for every one minute you spend reading. The imbalance ratio of time spent, writer to reader, is staggering.

If people realized this, I wonder how much more, and how much more carefully, people might read written material.

If it is done for free, writing truly is an expensive gift of time, conscience, soul, effort, thought, and emotion.
