If you give your life to Christ, commit your life to Christ, repent of your sins, do good works, and become a disciple, in order to get saved, you will go to Hell.

Giving your life to Christ is a great idea, if by that you mean discipleship.
But if you are giving your life to Christ in order to be saved, and you never believe in Christ alone, you will go to Hell the moment you die.
About 95% of all the “Christian” preachers on Christian radio are preaching a false gospel of Lordship Salvation which tells you that you can be saved by your good works of repenting of your sins, confessing your faith, confessing your sins, maintaining your faith, doing no big sins, being water baptized, taking the Lord’s Supper, church membership, your love and kindness, being a disciple, making a commitment to Christ, doing good works, or anything else that comes from you.
The truth is that a moment of faith in Jesus alone, who died for your sins according the Scriptures, was buried, and rose again, is all it takes to be saved.
The only nationally popular preacher I’m aware of who actually preaches this Biblical Gospel of Grace is Chuck Swindoll.
He’s in his 80s and won’t be around much longer.
I don’t see a new crop of grace Preachers rising on the horizon.
I used to joke that when I get to Heaven, it’ll be me and six or seven other people, because so few believe in Jesus alone.
(Doing all these other things is great, it’s just that you won’t be saved if you believe you are saved by doing them.)
I said that for a while, until I realized that there were literally eight people saved out of millions at the time of Noah, in the Ark.
The Ark represents Jesus.
The number of people who will be saved is few.
Below is a great video by Gregg Jackson, somebody who understands what the Bible is simply saying and what so very few people actually preach and believe.

Please take a few minutes to watch it.
It’s really good.
